Willamette View was one of several Caring Communities Members that actively participated in the our 2023 Falls Collaborative- a risk management initiative to align with our mission to reduce falls and keep residents safe.
By utilizing a SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound) goal strategy combined with enhanced resident communication and education, Willamette View was able to achieve a 38% fall rate reduction in one year.
