Caring Communities has announced that Randy Renn has been appointed the new CEO of Caring Communities. As an experienced business leader, Randy Renn will succeed Jim Caldwell, who has been with the Company for almost 20 years.
Randy brings to the Company his impressive experience in insurance and risk management. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Chicago-based Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty, North America, where he oversaw $4.8 billion in revenue and orchestrated a team of 170 in the United States and Canada. Randy directed all reporting, accounting, business analysis, risk management, actuarial, treasury and investments, and financial systems at Allianz.
Randy is an accomplished leader known for his strengths in team building, collaboration, and profitable growth supported by data-driven risk management. He is excited to work with the Leadership Team, Members, and Stakeholders to continue advancing Caring Communities’ mission as a leading provider of quality liability insurance, education, and risk management services for not-for-profit senior housing and care.

Randy Renn has an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois. He is Six Sigma Quality Certified and has experience in international financial management, profit and not-for-profit profit boards, and strategic planning.
