About Terwilliger Plaza
Terwilliger Plaza is a not-for-profit, continuing care retirement community (CCRC) for people age 62 and older. Members are primarily independent with in-home care services, assisted living and a residential care facility available. The community is representatively self-governed which means that the majority of the community’s Board of Directors live here. They are elected by their peers, rule on policy, and affect change right where they live which is unique for a CCRC.
