Seabury opened in 1992 as a single-site, not-for-profit, inter-faith, Active Life Plan Community in Bloomfield, CT. They have a historical affiliation with the Episcopal Church in Connecticut that dates back to 1876. Seabury serves adults 50 and over across a full continuum of care on their campus, including independent living in apartments and cottage-style homes and traditional assisted living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing.
