Like all great endeavors, Falcons Landing started as a dream– to create a place where those who served their nation could relax and savor life to the fullest. They welcome any person that has served in the military or federal government for a minimum of four years.
“We are thrilled to welcome Air Force Retired Officers Community, also known as Falcons Landing, as our newest Member. Falcons Landing, led by Gary Handley, President & CEO, and Rick Bova, CFO, is one of the nation’s leading Life Plan Communities located in beautiful Potomac Falls, VA,” commented Ashur Odishoo, Chief Growth Officer at Caring Communities. “The addition of Falcons Landing strengthens Caring Communities and supports our strategic growth plan to partner with leading Mid-Atlantic senior living organizations. Please join me in welcoming Gary, Rick, and the entire Falcons Landing organization.“
“Falcons Landing’s decision to join Caring Communities is wise for us,” added CEO and President Gary Handley. “By collaborating with their excellent staff and other top senior living companies, we access a comprehensive risk management solution beyond mere insurance coverage. It’s an exciting opportunity that will provide many advantages for our organization.”
Falcons Landing CFO Rick Bova stated, “Having been a member of Caring Communities with two previous organizations, I immediately started the application process upon joining Falcons Landing. Caring Communities is by far the best insurance partner I have worked with in my 30 plus year career. The entire team is exceptional, and the insurance and risk management programs far exceed anything I have experienced. I am extremely happy and fortunate to continue to be a part of Caring Communities and to bring Falcons Landing on as a new Member.”
ABOUT FALCONS LANDING
The dream for Falcons Landing began with a group of retired officers who met regularly for breakfast. Completed in 1996, Falcons Landing is everything the Founders dreamed it would be and more! Falcons Landing has earned the prestigious CARF-CCAC accreditation, a distinction held by less than 5% of continuing care retirement communities in the United States.
