Joy Poli is the Owner and CEO of Strategic Talent Resources, a talent acquisition and strategy firm serving middle market organizations. Joy believes people matter and having the right people in place can directly impact an organization’s success. So can having the wrong people.

Her favorite type of work is helping businesses in growth mode with talent acquisition strategy, compensation bench-marking, recruiting, compliance, as well as attracting and retaining top talent. Joy prides herself on being a resource for her clients. She is particularly strong in strategic planning, HR scaffolding, and all things Human Capital including employer branding. Joy’s ability to cultivate a thriving company culture and employee brand within an organization is like no other.

Joy works with her clients to help them understand how their brand can either help or hinder the attraction and retention of employees. She has experience consulting with a variety of industries including real estate (commercial and residential), manufacturing, healthcare, food and beverage, financial services, legal services, and other service-based companies. In addition to her consulting experience, Joy has held various leadership positions of increasing responsibility in human resources during her career.
