Description:
The next step to creating a “Culture of Belonging” is impacting the culture. This is the third of a three-part webinar series. We have previously discussed aligning culture with organizational values, and engaging stakeholders. This webinar will address what it takes to shift the culture to one of increased inclusion and belonging. Addressing culture allows leaders, managers, and employees the opportunity to provide quality service through increased employee satisfaction, reduced staff turnover, and increased retention of qualified staff. Each of these components mitigates risk and reduces corporate liability.

Objectives:
The objective of the third webinar is to introduce the specific steps utilized in the process of creating a culture of belonging.

Intended Audience:
CEO’s, corporate and campus risk managers, and HR representatives
