As we reflect on the past year, we are thankful for the strong collaboration between our Member organizations and the Caring Communities Claims and Risk Management teams. Our Members continue to demonstrate resilience and commitment to keeping their residents healthy, active, and thriving.
In 2024, we focused on Taking the Next Step … Together, driving additional value through:
- Enhancing our insurance programs with market-driven solutions
- Expanding risk management practices and education for evolving senior living risks
- Strengthening Member engagement and knowledge sharing
A major milestone was the launch of the first Patient Safety Organization (PSO) dedicated to non-profit senior living, reinforcing our commitment to a Just Culture and reducing fall-related risks.
We are proud to share that our Members’ dedication to proactive risk management has led to another record cash dividend of $18 million.
