Air Force Enlisted Village is a 55+ retirement community for retired enlisted military members and their surviving spouses located in Destin-Fort Walton Beach, Florida, just three miles from Eglin Air Force Base.

ABOUT AIR FORCE ENLISTED VILLAGE
The Air Force Enlisted Village (AFEV) was incorporated in 1968, granted nonprofit 501 (c)(3) status in 1971, and recognized as an official charity of the Air Force in 1973. The goal of the AFEV is to “provide a home” for surviving spouses of retired enlisted Air Force members.
Air Force Enlisted Village’s Bob Hope Village Independent Living neighborhood is comprised of six apartment villages, each with creature comforts, a clubhouse, and a vibrant social life. Their friendly team works hard to provide a full calendar of social activities, ranging from fitness and arts classes to game nights, happy hours, and day trips, to make retirement life one for the ages.
