Located in beautiful Claremont, CA, approximately 30 miles east of Los Angeles, Pilgrim Place combines a small-town atmosphere with a strong sense of mission and community.

Founded in 1915 by the Congregational Church as a residence for missionaries and their families, Pilgrim Place has evolved into a nationally respected model of senior living with purpose. Today, it is home to about 350 residents who remain active in advocacy, friendship, and environmental stewardship. Sustainability initiatives include a 50% water-use reduction, solar panel installations, and LEED-certified buildings. Pilgrim Place offers a full continuum of care—independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing—ensuring residents are supported as their needs change.
