Education and Training

Roundtables and Conferences

Caring Communities Members participate in education sessions offered in a conference setting twice a year. Our two-day spring training is offered in several regional locations and features a day of education to address current issues followed by a day of roundtable learning, an experience that focuses on the challenges faced in post-acute care, aging services and senior care and housing organizations. In the fall, our Members attend the National Aging Services Risk Management conference (NASRM)—a three-day event featuring national speakers and industry experts who cover a broad array of topics pertinent to our Members.

Webinars and Audio Conferences

Monthly interactive programs provide our Members with insight and information from recognized experts who discuss topics ranging from a culture of safety, quality and risk management, to resident care and industry trends.

On-site Education and Educational Templates

Our experienced team of quality and risk management professionals will join you in creating educational programs for frontline staff and department managers, senior and executive staff, and trustees.
