April 25-26(Chicago,IL)

May 16-17 (Philadelphia,PA)

This year’s Spring Education Series introduces Medical Improv — an innovative train the trainer program featuring interactive activities designed to improve emotional intelligence, communication, teamwork, and leadership. Medical Improv is an effective teaching strategy for developing and practicing the essential communication skills that promote healthy dynamics such as respect and collaboration in relationships, teams, and departments across the organization. Following the workshop, attendees will return to their organizations empowered to teach these communication strategies to staff as part of their setting realistic expectations initiatives (SRE).

Attendees include those professionals who are involved in systems-based processes and performance improvement as this workshop provides an excellent opportunity to further develop these skills organization-wide. The target audience includes campus risk managers, QAPI leadership, and other positions who are charged with the responsibility of ongoing risk management improvement and who want to learn how to make the data work. Nursing and NCERs (NHA) continuing education credits are available for both days of education.

Who Should Attend:
Corporate Risk Managers, Directors of Quality and Compliance, Directors of Human Resources, Safety Directors, Executive Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Clinical Directors, Senior Officers
