Based out of Glendale, California, Front Porch manages multiple communities across California and beyond, expanding its locations through a partnership with Covia.

On April 1, 2021, Front Porch and Covia united as one organization under the Front Porch name. Their shared commitment to those they serve brought them together. Front Porch now consists of over 3,000 employees, and blends the talents, expertise, and energy of both organizations to support 54 communities, 7,500 residents, and more than 6,000 participants in programs and services nationwide.
