Pay equity is emerging as a significant compliance issue for employers as states are passing laws regarding pay transparency and reporting. Employees are also more comfortable with sharing wage information with their co-workers and are more attuned to pay equity issues. This webinar will explore the legal requirements regarding pay equity, trends and preventative measures employers can take to limit legal exposure.
