Caring Communities and Peace Church Risk Retention Group are excited to present a comprehensive conference covering various risk management topics. Participants will have the opportunity to explore important subjects such as leveraging emotional intelligence, purposeful rounding, clinical ethics, innovative technologies, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. Presentations will also focus on The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the interactive process, service excellence, and regulatory considerations in assisted living. Additionally, the conference will feature two engaging panel sessions.

About NASRM
The annual National Aging Services Risk Management (NASRM) conference promotes professional and personal growth in risk management, quality improvement, and culture of safety and belonging across the aging services continuum of care and services. Caring Communities and Peace Church Risk Retention Group explore and disseminate best practices for aging services providers for identifying and managing risks, becoming high-reliability organizations, and fostering cultures of safety and belonging.
