This conference provides attendees a two day education training and workshops and designed to expand knowledge and provide methodology to enhance their organizations' resident and employee safety performance. . This year’s Spring Education Series features an interactive hands-on falls data analysis training. This workshop guides the participants in a series of exercises that will enable them to return to their communities with actionable ideas for reducing falls. The conference will include in-depth small-group case study practice of analyzing data, presentation of the analysis findings and identification of opportunities for improvement within each organization.

Attendees include those professionals who are involved in systems-based processes and performance improvement as this workshop provides an excellent opportunity to further develop these skills organization-wide. The target audience includes campus risk managers, QAPI leadership, and other positions who are charged with the responsibility of ongoing risk management improvement and who want to learn how to make the data work. Nursing and NCERs (NHA) continuing education credits are available for both days of education.
